Stinger Radio Kits: SiriusXM Radio Doesn’t Work

If Sirius radio isn’t working, follow these steps to figure out why.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Is the SiriusXM icon on the radio grayed out?
   • Did you purchase a SiriusXM tuner? A SiriusXM tuner is required to retain SiriusXM radio with a Stinger radio. Part number SXV300.
   • Is the SiriusXM tuner plugged into the radio? Depending on the radio, the tuner connects directly to the radio or uses an included adapter.
2. Is the Stinger radio SiriusXM ready?
   • The Heigh10+ radio is not compatible with SiriusXM.
