Heigh10: Audio & steering wheel controls inop

If both issues occur, the radio and PAC module connectors might be swapped. 

Applicable part numbers:  SRK-CHR15H, SRK-JK11H, SRK-JW18EH, SRK-RAM13H

• On the PAC module, locate the Radio Harness connector. This connector is labeled on the bottom of the PAC module. This connector should not have any RCA jacks. If you find there are RCA jacks on it, then you have this harness and the radio's AV Harness mixed up.

• This is the radio's AV Connector where the above harness should be connected.
