When installing the Heigh10 with the SRK-JW18EH into Jeep Gladiator JT / Wrangler JL, and you notice the CarPlay (CP) or Android Auto (AA) are not working. You will want to first verify you are using the USB that we ask to have ran to the arm rest center console for doing either. Do not use the ones on the dash as those are charge only.
If you are using the one in the arm rest, and (CP) or (AA) are still not working, you will want to verify that you have the USB that is ran to the console plugged into the correct port on the Heigh10. The port you want the cable from the console plugged into is USB1. It is very common to see the USB's backwards, so we advise you double check the placement on the back of the radio, and flip the USB's if they're backwards.
If the above has been confirmed in the correct USB's, and (CP) (AA) are still not working, you will want to plug a phone cable directly into the radio's USB1, and test to see if the radio will launch either. If it does launch either of the applications, you would have a bad USB-UN2 and you will want to contact tech support for getting a replacement USB extension here.
*Please Note* Make sure the cable you are also using is no longer than 3', and preferably a quality brand cable.
