If you have installed either the RP4.2-TY11, RP4.2-TY13, or TY1A-RS and the radio is not powering on, follow the steps below to correct the problem.
- Unplug power from the PAC interface (3-pin connector).
- Flip the dipswitches on and off a couple of times, and once flipped, put the switches back to the correct radio orientation. If the radio you are installing doesn't have steering wheel control capabilities, select "Pioneer/Other".
- Plug the 3-pin connector back in.
- Cycle the key on.
- Press and hold the blue button on the PAC interface until the led flashes red (The led will flash green, amber, and then red). Once flashing red let go of the button.
- The PAC interface and radio should come on momentarily.
