Hyundai / Kia: Steering Wheel Controls Not Working

When installing a PAC steering wheel control interface (such as SWI-CP2, SWI-CP5, or SWI-RC-1) in a Hyundai or Kia vehicle, it is crucial to use the correct steering wheel control wire. This wire can often be confused with the accessory output wire, which is solid red with a white stripe. The correct steering wheel control wire, however, is solid white with a red stripe.
